The Story

The METASPEED™ LD 2 spike helps long-distance racers take longer strides.

Formed with FF TURBO™ cushioning, this shoe allows you to experience a more responsive rebound at toe-off. It’s teamed with a carbon plate that catapults you forward with an extended stride length.

The outsole’s spike configuration is designed to increase traction. It helps create advanced grip while reducing resistance with the track's surface.

 

Best for: 3000m–5,000m track events, steeplechase
Not suitable for: Sprint events, long jump, triple jump

 

Tech & Materials

  • FF TURBO™ cushioning
    This midsole foam is extremely lightweight and bouncier than standard midsole foams, designed to help provide advanced cushioning and a responsive energy return during your races and practice.
  • Carbon plate
    A responsive plate that guides your foot throughout each step and propels your foot forward helping you conserve energy.
  • MOTION WRAP™ 2.0 upper
    This lighter and breathable woven material has been extensively test for fit and comfort. It's also designed to help lock the foot onto the shoe's platform.
