At iRUN Singapore, we are committed to ensuring you have the perfect gear for your performance, offering a 14-day return and exchange window for all unused sporting goods. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a processing request.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your iRUN account or visit our returns portal to submit your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel back into its original box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized NinjaVan point or iRUN retail outlet across Singapore.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
